We want you to be happy with your No Maintenance order. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, and we pay the return shipping.
Return window
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
What can be returned
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Final sale items
Vintage-print T-shirts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each one is printed on a one-of-one vintage T-shirt, so fading, wear, colour and fit vary from shirt to shirt. This applies to the Ambience, World Class Pain, The Verge and Everything Changes T-shirts and any future vintage-print shirts.
How to start a return
- Email support@nomaintenance.net within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them back as instructed.
Return shipping
No Maintenance pays the return shipping on eligible returns.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the credit.
Different size
If you need another size, email us and we’ll help you sort it out.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right.
